This policy explains how Organisation Logic Limited uses personal data collected through lifestack.studio, lifestackconsulting.co.uk and lifestackconsulting.com (together, the “Sites”). Please read it alongside any short notice shown when you submit a form or use a tool.
Our approach to tracking
We do not use third-party analytics or advertising tracking on the Sites. In particular, we do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
We do record a small amount of information when a link on our Sites redirects you elsewhere. This is recorded on our server, not through a cookie or a browser tracking script. It helps us understand which links and campaigns are useful. See “Link measurement” below for the details.

Marketing choices
We will only add you to our marketing email list when you take a clear, separate opt-in action, such as ticking an unticked box that specifically refers to marketing emails. Registering for a tool or the Business Club is not, by itself, consent to marketing.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or email admin@org-logic.io. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew it.
Who receives your information
We use carefully selected service providers to operate the Sites and our communications. They process personal data on our instructions where they act as processors. Current recipients may include:
- Lifestack Consulting Limited, where needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver a service or manage the relationship;
- Hostinger, which hosts the Sites and related systems;
- Beehiiv, which provides our email marketing platform, where you have opted in to marketing or registered for an email-based programme;
- professional advisers, regulators, insurers or authorities where necessary for legal, regulatory or security reasons.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers, including Beehiiv, may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we will use an adequacy regulation or another lawful transfer mechanism, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses, and supplementary measures where appropriate. You may ask us for information about the relevant safeguard by emailing admin@org-logic.io.
Cookies and similar technology
We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Accordingly, the Sites do not use a cookie banner for those purposes.
If you begin a booking journey, we may store a short-lived sessionStorage token in your browser so that the journey can continue. This is not a tracking cookie and is used only to provide the function you requested. You can clear it through your browser settings.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided to us. You can also object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including the link measurement and enquiry-related processing described above. We will consider your objection and stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or another legal reason to continue.
To make a request, email admin@org-logic.io. We may need to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Automated decision-making
We use a fixed rule based on the annual-revenue band you choose to help decide whether to offer a sales call, say that we are not yet a fit, or refer the enquiry for manual review. This is not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects. You can ask for a human review by emailing admin@org-logic.io.
Security and changes
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data. No online service can guarantee complete security, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through the Sites. We may update this policy from time to time and will publish the latest version with its revision date. Where a change materially affects how we use your data, we will take appropriate steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect.
